৪ সাংসদ-সহ ২১ নেতা বিজেপি ছেড়ে তৃণমূলে? সর্বভারতীয় চ্যানেলের খবর ঘিরে তোলপাড়

একুশের বিধানসভা নির্বাচনের আগে একের পর এক ঘটনায় প্রবল অস্বস্তিতে রাজ্য বিজেপি। দলীয় অন্তর্কলহ থেকে শুরু করে নানা রটনায় জেরবার গেরুয়া শিবির। এবার একটি একটি জনপ্রিয় সর্বভারতীয় সংবাদমাধ্যমের খবর ঘিরে ব্যাপক চাঞ্চল্য ছড়িয়েছে রাজ্য বিজেপির অন্দরে। শুধু বিজেপি নয়, রাজ্যের গণ্ডি পেরিয়ে দিল্লির রাজনৈতিক মহলেও যা নিয়ে জোর চর্চা শুরু হয়েছে। কার্যত শোরগোল পড়ে গিয়েছে।

ওই সংবাদমাধ্যমটির দাবি, বাংলা থেকে জেতা বিজপির ৪ সাংসদ-সহ ২১ নেতা নাকি তৃণমূলের সঙ্গে ক্রমাগত যোগাযোগ রেখে চলছেন। দলের প্রভাবশালী ও ক্ষমতাসীন রাজ্য নেতৃত্বের প্রতি অনাস্থার জেরেই নাকি তাঁদের এই ভোলবদল!

নাম প্রকাশ না করলেও ওই চ্যানেল জানিয়েছে, পশ্চিমবঙ্গ থেকে প্রথমবারের জন্য নির্বাচিত হওয়া এক বিজেপি সাংসদ নাকি এই বিতর্কে নতুন মাত্রা যোগ করেছে। বাংলায় বিজেপি নেতৃত্ব নাকি সংকটে ভুগছে। দলে দিলীপ ঘোষ ও মুকুল রায়ের পৃথক লবি রয়েছে। দিল্লি নেতৃত্ব সব জেনে-বুঝেও ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করছে না।

ওই বিজেপি সংসদ চ্যানেলের কাছে আরও জানিয়েছে, দিলীপ ঘোষকে রাজ্য নেতাদের একটা বৃহৎ অংশ পছন্দ করেন না। বিশেষ করে তৃণমূল থেকে বিজেপিতে যোগ দেওয়া নেতাদের প্রতি রাজ্য বিজেপি সভাপতির আচরণ নাকি অসম্মানজনক।

আর একুশের বিধানসভা ভোটের মাত্র কয়েক মাস আগেই বিখ্যাত ওই সর্বভারতীয় সংবাদমাধ্যমে এমন খবরে যথেষ্ট বেকায়দায় পড়েছে ৬, মুরলিধর সেন লেনের ম্যানেজাররা। ওই চ্যানেলে প্রকাশিত এমন খবরকে কার্যত চ্যালেঞ্জ জানিয়ে তড়িঘড়ি ময়দানে নেমে পড়েছে বিজেপি। খবরের ড্যামেজ কন্ট্রোলে কিছুটা বাধ্য হয়েই রাখি পূর্ণিমার দিন সাংবাদিক বৈঠক করতে হয়েছে দিলীপ ঘোষকে। সেখানে তিনি ক্ষোভের সঙ্গে বলেন, বিজেপিকে রাজ্যে শক্তি বাড়াতে কোনও মিডিয়ার সাহায্য নিতে হয়নি। বিজেপি নিজের ক্ষমতায় যা করার করবে। মিডিয়া তাদের কাজ করুক, বিজেপি নিজেদের কাজ করবে। দিলীপবাবুর আরও দাবি, তৃণমূল ভয় পেয়ে এসব করছে। তারাই কিছু সংবাদ মাধ্যমকে ব্যবহার করে এসব মিথ্যা খবর রটাচ্ছে।

বিজেপির কেন্দ্রীয় নেতা কৈলাশ বিজয়বর্গী এই খবরকে ভিত্তিহীন বলে উল্লেখ করেছেন। তাঁর কথায়, “বাংলায় বিজেপির উত্থানে তৃণমূল ভয় পেয়েছে। গুজব ছড়িয়ে দলের মধ্যে দূরত্ব তৈরি করার চেষ্টা করছে। এরাজ্যে সব বিজেপি নেতা ও সাংসদরা একত্রিত রয়েছেন। কোথাও কোনও মতপার্থক্য নেই।”

কেন্দ্রের দুই মন্ত্রী বাবুল সুপ্রিয় ও দেবশ্রী চোধুরীও এই খবরকে সম্পূর্ণ মিথ্যা ও গুজব বলে ব্যাখ্যা করেছেন। বিজেপির পক্ষ থেকে কলকাতা প্রেস ক্লাবকেও বিষয়টি জানিয়ে ও এই খবরের প্রতিবাদ করে চিঠি দেওয়া হয়েছে।

তবে সবচেয়ে তাৎপর্যপূর্ণ বিষয়, তৃণমূল থেকে বিজেপিতে যাওয়া নেতা ও সাংসদরা সবচেয়ে বেশি এই খবরের বিরোধিতা করে তড়িঘড়ি টুইট করে আপত্তি জানিয়েছেন। মুকুল রায় থেকে শুরু করে সৌমিত্র খাঁ কিংবা নিশীথ প্রামাণিক টুইট করে এমন সম্ভাবনার কথা উড়িয়ে দিয়েছেন। সৌমিত্র খাঁ আবার এক পা এগিয়ে এই সংবাদকে ভুয়ো দাবি করে ওই চ্যানেলের এডিটরকে চিঠি দিয়েছেন।

With utter disrespect, I am writing this letter to you. In the news telecasted by year channel, you have stated that that 21 BJP leaders including 4MPs and 1 MLA likely to Join TMC. You have hinted for many known faces with the sole intention to create confusion. If you are that much sure about your manufactured news then you could have easily named the person. But no one was named knowing it quite well that your news does not have any relation with the ground reality. In recent past, you have published news to tarnish the image of WB BJP for the reason best known to you.

This news was published with sole intention to create confusion amongst the members and leaders of BJP WB and to give some special mileage to the ruling party in WB.

The constitution of India guarantee is freedom of speech and expression which includes freedom of the press. Freedom of praise does not mean manufacturing news and place is before the public after garnishing the same with fake stories. News agencies should publish fact not stories manufactured on the table.

You are requested to disclose the source of the news and pray for an unconditional apology for airing a fake story. You are also requested to disclose the names otherwise law will take its own course and you will be responsible for the same.

I would like to request you to restrain yourself from publishing such fake stories in the new future otherwise I shall have no option than to take legal steps.
