মুকুলের সঙ্গে ফের যৌথ জেরার দাবি, দিল্লিকেও কড়া চিঠি দিয়ে কুণালের পোস্ট

চিট ফান্ড তদন্তে বিজেপি নেতা মুকুল রায়ের সঙ্গে মুখোমুখি জেরার দাবিতে ফের সরব প্রাক্তন সাংসদ কুণাল ঘোষ। মঙ্গলবার ফেস বুকে একটি বিস্ফোরক পোস্ট করেছেন তিনি। কুণাল লিখেছেন, কিছু ষড়যন্ত্রী এখন বিজেপিতে নাম লিখিয়ে তদন্তে ছাড় পাচ্ছে। বিষয়টি প্রধানমন্ত্রী এবং স্বরাষ্ট্রমন্ত্রীকেও জানিয়েছি। এটি সংশ্লিষ্ট বিভাগে পাঠানো হচ্ছে। কুণাল লিখেছেন, এখন তদন্তে ছাড় দিলেও এদের আবার সিআরপিসি ৩১৯ ধারা প্রয়োগ করে বিচারের আওতায় আনবেন তিনি। কুণাল বলেছেন, কেন্দ্রীয় তদন্তকারী অফিসাররা যথেষ্ট ভালোভাবে তদন্ত করলেও এখন কিছু ষড়যন্ত্রীকে বাঁচাতে ক্ষমতার শীর্ষমহল থেকে রাজনৈতিক স্বার্থে তদন্ত প্রভাবিত করার আশঙ্কা থাকছে। কিছু অফিসারকেও বদলি করা হচ্ছে।

Some conspirators of chit fund cases have changed their party and joined BJP ; or a few of them are making an adjustment with BJP. They may be politicians, businessman or police.

BJP is giving shelter to them and using those elements politically.
According to my sources, in this changed circumstances, these conspirators are being spared from necessary legal actions. They will be out of final chargesheet or they will be treated as witness with political motive. They are camoflaging as BJP lovers but playing cards with personal agenda. And thus, I apprehend that the last part of the investigation is going to be influenced and motivated.

The situation is beyond control of investigating agencies/ officers. They are bound to abide by the instruction from the highest corridor of power. Even some officers are being transferred.

I have done nothing wrong. Always cooperated with the agencies, both state and central. I am fighting my battle alone since 2013.

I will not accept these kind of mockery in the name of investigation. Because the matter is very serious. And for me this is a battle for justice.

I would like to request the central agencies kindly disobey the politically motivated instructions and continue to act in an unbiased manner. I have faith and trust on the investigating officers till now.

But if the final chargesheet does not include some prominent conspirators; if they get advantage of their changed political stands or any kind of adjustment; I shall not accept it and shall protest strongly.

I shall not allow them to be spared; I shall use Crpc section 319 in the time of trial to book them again.

I have already communicated to Hon’ble Prime Minister of India Shree Narendra Modi and Hon’ble Home Minister of India Shree Amit Shah in this regard. I have been informed that the subject raised by me has been sent to the concerned offices.

I hope that not a single conspirator should be spared in these investigation, specially by changing the party. BJP can’t be used as washing machine. But I apprehend that trying for some political gain, BJP will protect them. I don’t know using this policy whether BJP can enjoy any advantage or not; but I am sure that they will be successful to protect themselves using BJP.

I pray for unbiassed conclusion of a serious investigation. The investigating agencies/ officers are ready. Only politically motivated instructions from ruling party should be avoided.

Earlier responding to the request from CBI , I had participated in the confrontation session with Shree Rajib Kumar, IPS, the then CP of Kolkata for the interest of proper investigation and justice. But I am still waiting for response of my prayer to CBI requesting joint interrogation with Shree Mukul Roy for the same cause. I strongly demand for this again.
